1 st June:

Both me and daughter was speaking to her grand parents. She was showing all her fruits and vegetables to them... Appayi this is for u, thatha this is for you , amma this is for you and this is for harshika... Suddenly she gave me grapes and told me amma 50$ ..i was asking what to confirm whether she was asking money and again she told 50$ 50$.. Amma give money.. and i started to ask for every toy that she had. She started to say different cost 3$ 5 $ , 10 $ & 20 $ and so on...

1st Day of my angel @ Play school

17th Sep'15 : TalentPlus Playgroup

Today was Harshika’s first day at school. That was an auspicious day of the year yes “Vinayagar Chathuri”. Yes my little angel stepped onto her 20th month. Nearing her 2nd bday :)

The day started well , gave turmeric shower to her . In the meantime I fed her breakfast. Called up amma (My mom) and also Appa & Amma ( In laws) to get their blessings. We prayed at home along with Harshika and started to school. She was happy enough to go outside.

Though she doesn’t know the meaning for school ,always enjoyed to roam outside.Teacher Mary asked us to wait for a while and later she called us for enrolment and admission.

Once admission done , she started to took her temperature, mouth ,hand & leg. She was co-operating with her teacher. Also teacher added to have eye-contact to her at home too. She was constantly raising a concern about her age.

While she was doing her health check ups, that was the moment she heard her favourite rhymes “ Incy winsy spider” from the room. So she couldn’t resist herself from sitting in front of her teacher.

The moment when teacher said yes “Harshika you can get in” she immediately ran inside the school area and started to play. She didn’t turn back to see both mom and dad neither listen to teacher words to say bye-bye to ur parents.

We waited there for a while , to see whether she searches us. Whenever the door opens we try to peep in and we constantly heard her blabbering and roaming around here and there. So we happily went back home wondering the way she entered the school.

Most important thing is she was left all alone in a new atmosphere which was filled up with all new faces kids of ages 18 month to 3 years old along with teachers.. no impact she was busy exploring her new phase of life.

Again after our Pooja , we were rushing back to school to be on time. We noticed teacher carrying Harshika and walking around. I was shocked and was running near to her.Seeing me she immediately jumped over from her.

Teacher was complaining that she was playing with water by spilling it out.Other thing she was more concern about her age.Otherwise she was happy enough and kept herself busy.

The moment when i entered to get her shoes she again wanted to get back to the school area.

Came home and fed her lunch later made her sleep. @ the evening we all went to temple both my princess or dressed like an angel. They day ended by visiting the temple and made them play in the play ground for sometime and reached back hme.

My day was super awesome :) My angel first at school was too good.

My god.. its been long time now! Everytime I think ,I keep reminding myself mala comeon dont stop this. Somehow please manage the time to fit in to pen down few things which strikes you...
But fact is am not able to do.. that’s fine at least for now i have few mins time to scribble something comes in my mind right at this moment.

So am a perfect woman today :) Blessed with a kid to make my own family! As everyone says modern saraswathi obviously without veena! Now the life of every working woman is either in front of the PC/ laptop & kitchen/house. So am with my laptop in one hand ,holding my princess on the other hand ,managing the family,relationships etc etc…This list doesn’t end here. It’s gonna grow long every day in and out.

To list few over here .Family,kids growth, education,health ,values,future,work ,challenges,new skills,new roles , abroad ,relationships etc etc…

Actually am enjoying my life, it’s not u stay home whole day and end up not spending solid time with kid or useful time with the kid… I enjoy each and every moment being with her.. watching all her single steps sitting at work place ( Yes obviously home cam i.e technology at its peak now).So anything and everything is possible from where ever you are. On top it we should have some dedicated time/space for ourself to get relaxed, enjoy ,smile,hang out with friends,chit chat etc..etc..

It’s a common myth around this world.. leave the world but the society /people around you.. has this mentality as such working woman cannot run the family successfully.. they have to sacrifice either one.

Myself Malathi,not want to be a normal woman who sits at home spend all the time in kitchen, struggling to bring up her family in all means. Thats quite usual thing which all does.

I should be one among the most prominent woman who manages both family and carrier successfully by teaching good values of life to my kids and grow them up independently! Which will easily differentiate themselves from the group of common peoples.
